Hong Kong teenagers exchange to Meizhou for learning

 From 13th to 17th, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau, Hong Kong Volunteers Association and Life Saving Society of Hong Kong Youth Service Corps jointly organized the 2017 "Firearms Force·Meizhou Trip"Hong Kong-Meizhou Youth Exchange activity, Hong Kong Youth Service Corps visiting group's 20 Members and 66 Hong Kong high school students came to Meizhou to participate in this activities.

During the stay in Meizhou, the delegation went to Meixian District Bingcun village Center Central Primary School, Yanyang Town Central Primary School, Meinan Town Central Primary School and Meijiang District Xiyang Town Center Primary School to carry out activities such as teaching experience and interactive games, and exchanged views and experiences with the members of the Hong Kong Youth Service Corps in the schoolcurrently.The delegation also went to the XiaoMa Village,Da Ma town of Dafu County for field labor, orchard cultivation, vegetable planting and picking,grazing cattle and experience other farm work, then went to the ceramic factory to understand the ceramic culture, learn ceramic technology, and visited the lonely aged man in BingCun town of Meixian District, poor and left behind children of mountain children's family in Fengshun County.

 Feng Hangang, member of the Hong Kong Youth Service Crops, once worked as a volunteer teacher in Meizhou, said that he was impressed by Hakka people's hospitality and long standing culture, hoping that the both sides will organize more exchanges activities to promote the cultural exchanges and friendship development.
